The Circuit Court existed from 1883 to 1912 to replace the District Court. It was the appellate court for the Common Pleas Court. At its creation, the Circuit Court divided the state into seven circuits, and provided election of three judges in each circuit for the term of six years. This court was replaced by the Court of Appeals in 1913. The Circuit Court kept the following records:
