The Court of Appeals is
the general appellate court from
Common Pleas Court, Municipal,
County Courts and
Board of Tax Appeals. Warren County is in the 12th District Court
of Appeals. It was established in 1913 from the 1912 constitutional
amendment, which abolished the Circuit Court.
The Court of Appeals can review and affirm, modify or reserve judgments or
actions of the inferior courts. Judges are elected to terms of six years.
